You have 3 ways to pay:

1. Cash in advance (this means you send us the cash (only in €!)
after your order in a registered letter and we will send you the
goods after we've received your money.

2. You order and send the money via bank transfer after your order.

3. Paypal (send the money to our account info@troublemaker.de)

Just choose one of the 3 payments in the orderform
and you'll receive all required informations in
your confirm-email.

Delivery time

Our delivery time amounts to approx. 1 - 3 weeks depending upon
situation concerning orders. We will of course send it as fast as
possible.

Conversion

Printed textiles are excluded from conversion, since we print the
goods for each customer individually.

Conversion is only with incorrect goods within 14 days and only
with unweared and unwashed goods possible.

All other articles can within 5 days be exchanged, must however
carriage free be returned.

To be returned, we do not assume packages unfreely without previous
consultation at us basically.

It does not take place cash return, only one credit note is possible!

Minimum purchase order value + discounts

Shippingcosts are 13 € for following countries: A, B, DK, F, GB, I, L, NL & S.
Österreich: + 4 €.

Shippingcosts are 18 € for following countries: CH, CZ, E, FIN, H, IRL, N, P & PL.

Free t-shirt at a amount over 260 €.

Other notes

The order will be send in neutral package.

Name and address are stored to the purpose of the treatment. A passing
on of the addresses taken not place. The saved records can be ordered anytime.

Troublemaker and category C are entered registered trade
marks. Imitations and falsifications are civilly pursued punishing
